Ho avuto un problema con un paio di scarpe bambino acquistate a pochissimo prezzo per le quali non mi aspettavo una gran resa ma messe una volta e rotte sono andata in negozio per farglielo notare. Non ho chiesto reso o buoni e mi sobo trovata il responsabile de momento un tal Giorgio che non solo mi ha trattato al pari una bugiarda ma non ha nemmeno guardato lo scontrino o il prodotto bensì mi ha detto che il bambino avrà usato le scarpe in modo proprio eccessivo... che cosa dove a significare? Due scontrini separati in casse attigue. Il cassiere confonde mia indicazione "carta di credito" e inserisce come bancomat. "non fa niente", dico. Interazioni normali e nei limiti della cortesia. Usciamo. Altri due clienti si avvicinano alla mia compagna: "Tutto bene? Ti importuna?" Lei ride: "Certo che no: è il mio compagno!" Questi raccontano che il cassiere dopo che eravamo usciti si era rivolto alla collega con modi da film "giallo": "l'hai già visto anche tu questo?" Con i tempi che corrono... Sì, appunto: di fronte a normali educazione e rispetto CON IN TEMPI CHE CORRONO IL PERSONALE CHE VEDE PERICOLI DAPPERTUTTO E' PALESEMENTE TROPPO STRESSATO, E IL CLIENTE NECESSITA UN MINIMO DI CORRETTEZZA E RISPETTO, EVITANDO GRATUITI COMMENTI ALLE SPALLE. Ho acquistato il prodotto in foto attirato dall’offerta ma al momento del pagamento mi è stato fatto pagare a prezzo pieno, nonostante lo abbia aegnalato alla commessa, la risposta è stata: è un’etichetta vecchia, non vale più. Premetto che lavoro nello stesso settore e so bene che se il cliente vede un prezzo, deve pagare quello, per cui, disturbato dal precedente comportamento, torno in negozio per segnalare nuovamente laccaduto e segnalo anche che ci sono diversi articoli che riportano la promozione, e la risposta è stata: si grazie, ora lo cambio! Di certo 1,50€ non cambia la vita a me e nemmeno a loro, ma sicuramente un buon servizio clienti si!! I don't usually do reviews, but certain things need to be reported.
