Quando si tratta di chiedere il cambio di un articolo, l'atteggiamento è ben diverso e dal "tu" confidenziale si passa al "lei" formale, adducendo motivazioni assurde. Il 30 dicembre sono passata in negozio per cambiare un piumino di una taglia in più regalatomi a Natale da mio marito avendo tanto di scontrino ed etichette. La proprietaria ha iniziato a dire che aveva difficoltà a cambiarlo in quanto il capo sapeva di profumo, ma non era possibile in quanto lo avevo indossato giusto il tempo per capire che non mi andava bene, un paio di secondi... Dato che la signora, che a quel punto ha iniziato a darmi del "lei", continuava a sostenere il problema del profumo mettendo in dubbio la mia onestà e correttezza, mi sono fatta restituire il capo e sono uscita, arrabbiata, ma soprattutto MOLTO amareggiata. The owner started saying that she had a hard time changing it as the garment smelled of perfume, but it wasn't possible as I had worn it just long enough to understand that it didn't fit me, a couple of seconds ... , who at that point started calling me "her", continued to support the perfume problem by questioning my honesty and fairness, I got my head returned and I went out, angry, but above all VERY bitter. Never again.
