le commesse mi comunicano l'ulteriore sconto da applicare sul cartellino e quindi mi avvio per gli acquisti .
Finiti gli acquisti mi reco alla cassa per pagare e mi viene negato lo sconto (Black Friday) comunicato precedente in quanto mi dicono che essendo un outlet non possono applicare altri sconti.
Pago esco deluso ed in virtรน dell'esperienza fatta non tornerรฒ mai piรน in un punto vendita Terranova.
Vergognatevi per la gestione.
I went to this store during Black Friday
the orders tell me the additional discount to be applied to the tag and then I start for purchases.
After the purchases I go to the cashier to pay and I am denied the discount (Black Friday) communicated earlier as they tell me that being an outlet they cannot apply other discounts.
I go out disappointed and by virtue of my experience I will never go back to a Terranova store.
Shame on you for the management.

An incredible scam: writing in the window and from all parts of the store "up to 70%" when in reality you discover very few items on the inside with a maximum discount of 20%! Most items don't go on sale! No articles even with 50% present!

Sicuramente molto meglio l'esercizio all'interno del Forum di Palermo. Il personale dร l'impressione di essere (parere assolutamente personale!) leggermente sprovveduto....
The place is small but in principle the prices are quite competitive. The assortment is not the best. Surely the exercise within the Palermo Forum is much better. The staff gives the impression of being (absolutely personal opinion!) Slightly naive ....
