A bit of courtesy would not hurt! While the "kind" clerk yells indicating where to put things, there are foreign individuals who pick up what you throw away, not even giving time to download! Control absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun controllo all'accesso (dov'è finita la sbarra per accedere con la tessera sanitaria?) ma non andateci con un furgone che non vi fanno scaricare e vi buttano fuori. Pessimi. E pure pagati con le nostre tasse.
No access control (where is the barrier to access with the health card?) But don't go there with a van that doesn't let you unload and throw you out. Bad. And also paid with our taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio e cordialità degli operatori altamente migliorabile. sistema di scarico materiale da rivedere. bene la presenza della sbarra, ma non sarebbe male mettere qualche telecamera nei paraggi dal momento che molti scaricano in giro perché non hanno voglia di fare la coda (o di avere a che fare col personale poco amichevole)
highly improved service and friendliness of the operators. material unloading system to be reviewed. good the presence of the barrier, but it would not be bad to put some cameras nearby since many download around because they do not want to queue (or have to deal with unfriendly staff)
