Avevamo concordato insieme per un certo tipo di allestimento, l’ho pagata profumatamente e in anticipo per ritrovarmi con la metà delle cose pattuite e soprattutto eseguite male con totale mancanza di senso estetico. Quando le ho espresso il mio malcontento, chiedendo di essere risarcita, mi ha detto che per lei andava bene così, che sono la prima che si lamenta, la questione era chiusa e mi ha bloccata. Assoluta mancanza di professionalità e onestà. Ho risparmiato duramente per pagare il mio matrimonio e vedersi rubare i soldi fa veramente rabbia. Fate attenzione e state alla larga. Sconsiglio vivamente questa fiorista. I hired this florist for my wedding floral arrangements, I couldn't have made a more wrong choice. We had agreed together for a certain type of set-up, I paid for it handsomely and in advance to find myself with half of the things agreed upon and above all badly executed with a total lack of aesthetic sense. When I expressed my discontent, asking to be compensated, she told me that it was fine with her, that I am the first to complain, the matter was closed and she blocked me. Absolute lack of professionalism and honesty. I have been saving hard to pay for my wedding and having my money stolen is really mad. Be careful and stay away. I strongly advise against this florist.

Ha saputo consigliarci in base alle nostre esigenze e alla cerimonia tutti ci hanno fatto i complimenti per i fiori e gli addobbi ,curati fino al minimo dettaglio. Consiglio vivamente! We contacted Camilla for our wedding, she was helpful, professional and we really liked her ideas. Da ora Camilla sarà ingaggiata per tutte le ricorrenze, ormai e' il nostro punto di riferimento Non la ringrazieremo mai abbastanza. E' una persona gentile, disponibile e molto attenta ogni dettaglio. E' venuta incontro alle mie richieste.
