★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comportamento scorretto! Ti dice un prezzo e poi alla cassa aumenta,nonostante l'aspetto e un pochino ...andato!ho verificato ,subito dopo,chiedendo a una vicina,(abito da poco in vicinanza), non solo prezzo era quello capito da me anche ha tirato fuori fiori belli e non bruciati da sole!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona che mi ha servito è stata gentile e cortese, ma purtroppo a mio avviso non è sufficiente a condurre un'attività in cui si voglia soddisfare appieno la propria clientela. Purtroppo il negozio ha aperto con 15 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario scritto sul cartello ed ho dovuto attendere sotto il sole con i 32 gradi che ci sono oggi. Ho comprato una pianta da regalare per un compleanno e mi sarei aspettato una confezione decente, ma invece tale confezione è stata fatta frettolosamente da una mano inesperta. Avrei dovuto farlo notare ma andavo di fretta e sinceramente non avevo voglia di polemizzare. Quando sono arrivato a casa ho rifatto la confezione. Mi spiace, spero che questa mia "osservazione" possa essere utile a migliorare la vostra attività e la qualità del servizio che date ai vostri clienti.

Unfortunately, the shop opened 15 minutes later than the time written on the sign and I had to wait under the sun with the 32 degrees it is today. I bought a plant to give as a birthday present and I would have expected a decent packaging, but instead that packaging was hastily made by an inexperienced hand. I should have pointed this out but I was in a hurry and honestly didn't want to argue. When I got home I redid the packaging.
