Una totale mancanza di professionalità e umanità aggiugerei. Accresciuta in maniera esponenziale dal voler accampare scuse, cercando di giustificare una situazione vergognosamente imbarazzante. Aggiungendo solo al danno la beffa. Molto dispiaciuta non lo consiglio.
