★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è semplice trovare parcheggio poiché non è possibile seguire la strada indicata da Maps, interrotta circa 200m prima da una sbarra privata.
I sentieri adiacenti sorgono sulle colate laviche, soltanto brevissimi tratti sono immersi nella pineta, quindi possiamo definirlo un tantino "aspro".
Parte della vegetazione distrutta dalle fiamme in direzione Piano Falanca.
Rimane un buon sentiero di transito seguendo S1, sia in direzione Piano Fiera ma anche in direzione Piano Mirio.
Ottima prospettiva Etna.
