Ho aspettato prima di pubblicare la mia recensione perché temevo che con il tempo lo strato in memory cedesse un po', invece devo dire che il sistema di sostegno del corpo è eccellente. Ho sempre utilizzato materassi ortopedici e temevo che il memory mi facesse sentire affossato, invece con sommo piacere, mi trasmette una sensazione di relax che non immaginavo. Essendo di Firenze non conoscevo il negozio. Devo dire che sono veramente rimasto contento su tutto. Ottimo il trasporto e la velocità di spedizione del materasso. Poi un 10 a Pietro che mi ha seguito via whatsapp fin da subito ad alcune domande che gli ho fato , precisando che mi ha risposto domenica sera alle 21, non da tutti. E a distanza di svariati giorni dalla consegna mi ha continuato a chiedere come mi trovavo e a dare consigli sul materasso. Trattamento da acquirente abituale nel negozio e non da uno di passaggio on-line. Veramente ottimo in tutto. Sicuramente dovessi ri acquistare o consigliare a qualcuno non avrei dubbi, Pianeta Riposo.
