Vendono pacchetti pokemon richiusi( gli pesano se ha un determinato peso lo aprono tolgono la carta rara e ne mettono una senza valore) penso che questo atto sia illegale a livello commerciale. Vi prego di smetterla perchè all'inizio vi credevo solo persone serie e educate prima di aver aperto 50 pacchetti senza aver trovato una minima carta rara e in oltre lo capisci dal fatto che sono tutti incollati. Do una stella questo è il mio parere They should close! Almeno il servizio online, secondo il mio parere personale, è stato eccellente. Primo ordine: su 30 scatolette 2 con le cerniere rotte (tra l'altro per quanto riguarda 1 scatola non era presente la cerniera rotta all'interno del pacco) Seconda spedizione: 11 scatolette , ben 4 arrivate distrutte. Chiedo un rimborso. Faccio notare che pur essendo un materiale fragile, lo hanno imballato con un semplice foglio di carta. Risposta: mi riconoscono un buono del 50% del valore della merce danneggiata. A mio carico resta il restante valore della merce, più 10 euro di spedizione, più l'assicurazione. D'altra parte é colpa mia che non ho assicurato la merce, non l'imballo scadente usato. Ho letto nelle recensioni che altri hanno avuto i miei stessi problemi. Si trovano anche Puffi, personaggi Lego e Funko Pop. Se si dà un’occhiata al sito, ci si rende conto dell’ assortimento. Ci sono anche tavoli a disposizione dei clienti giocatori. Personalmente lo frequento da qualche anno e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Unico neo: la tessera fedeltà non contempla gli acquisti online e questo aspetto mi ha un po’ allontanato dagli acquisti, soprattutto in tempi di smart living. Leggo qualche recensione poco positiva sul personale e me ne dispiace in quanto ho sempre riscontrato cortesia e disponibilità. ? And an Italian guy from a grading company working there. Very nice. But the other worker just walked off while helping me because he was in his lunch break.
