★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per avere disponibilità di un termoscud tucano. Mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero richiamato per darmi disponibilità e prezzo. Dopo 2 hg ho richiamato e ho avuto la stessa promessa per il giorno dopo. Sono passati altri 3 GG....
Non posso dire nulla sul servizio di assistenza ma a livello di cura clienti non sono sufficienti
I called for availability of a termoscud toucan. They assured me that they would call me back to give me availability and price. After 2 hg I called back and got the same promise for the next day. Another 3 days have passed ...
I can't say anything about the assistance service but at customer care level they are not enough

L'accoglienza, la disponibilità, la conoscenza del prodotto sono state un valore aggiunto per il mio Porter che mai è stato così coccolato e felice di tornare a viaggiare.
