★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passeggiando per il quadrilatero in cerca di un aperitivo soddisfacente, troviamo questa piadineria con un dehor molto tranquillo e ci accomodiamo. Ottima accoglienza e presentazione del locale da parte del proprietario che ci elenca le specialità specificando che le piadine le fa lui sul momento. Tutto ottimo, ingredienti di qualità e piadine servite ben calde come accompagnamento, buonissimo il lambrusco spritz (dolce o secco) e lo spritz delle Alpi. Consigliato l'aperipiada speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!
 Walking through the quadrilateral in search of a satisfying aperitif, we find this piadineria with a very quiet outdoor area and we sit down. Excellent welcome and presentation of the place by the owner who lists the specialties specifying that the wraps are made by him on the spot. All excellent, quality ingredients and wraps served hot as an accompaniment, the Lambrusco spritz (sweet or dry) and the spritz of the Alps are very good. The special aperipiada is recommended. We will definitely be back!

La motivazione è semplice gli ingredienti all'interno erano freddi nonostante l'abbiamo mangiata subito.
Lasciando stare il fatto che il cuoco andava in giro senza mascherina nonostante sia vaccinato o meno. Totalmente diversa dalla vera piadina romagnola.
The place is nice, but we honestly didn't like the piadina.
The reason is simple the ingredients inside were cold even though we ate it right away.
Leaving aside the fact that the cook went around without a mask despite being vaccinated or not. Totally different from the real Romagna piadina.
