Ti sanno subito mettere a proprio agio, quasi come si trattasse di un'uscita tra amici, che non una visita dal parrucchiere. I needed to have a new cut the next day which was way more professional a lot cheaper! So sorry... P.S. It's true, I left a tip as the conversation was nice and the effort of brushing good. The bad cut revealed itself once the curls "dropped" - it was no more than a pre-cut. Thick layers need proper thinning and looking at when dry. You can contact Fabrizia at Statuto for feedback. It truely needs looking into.
