Alla consegna mi hanno dato le foto sbagliate appartenenti a un altro cliente e le mie foto, se non fosse stato per me che ho contattato il proprietario delle foto sbagliate, sarebbero state date a perfetti sconosciuti. Ho chiesto la masterizzazione delle foto e nel cd datomi ho trovato due foto mancanti. Ho dovuto pagare più del dovuto per l’errore della commessa che, dopo varie mie insistenze, mi ha dato la differenza. Nessun tipo di rimborso.
Absolutely not recommended. Zero professionalism. Upon delivery they gave me the wrong photos belonging to another customer and my photos, if it wasn't for me that I contacted the owner of the wrong photos, would have been given to complete strangers. I asked for the photos to be burned and in the cd given to me I found two missing photos. I had to overpay for the mistake of the order that, after several of my insistence, gave me the difference. No refunds.
