Qualche tempo fa, ho portato a sviluppare 14 rullini, e mi è stato richiesto di lasciare un recapito telefonico per farmi contattare una volta pronti. Passa una settimana, nessuna notizia. Seconda settimana, ancora nulla. Chiamo per avere informazioni e mi viene detto che solamente una decina rullini erano pronti, e in modo scocciato, che sarebbero stati loro a contattarmi. Li sono andati a recuperare, per avere qualcosa. Passa un mese intero (non sto scherzando, dal 3 settembre all'8 ottobre) e nessuno mi contatta. Al che mi presento in negozio, e con sorpresa trovo tutti i rullini sviluppati. Fino a qui niente di eccessivamente grave, se non fosse che su alcuni negativi è stato applicato un adesivo compromettendo irrediabilmente la fotografia e rendendola irrecuperabile. Non solo, alcune foto sono state tagliate a metà.
Sinceramente sono molto deluso, quelle foto erano dei ricordi che purtroppo nessuno potrà restituirmi.
 Terrible experience, it left me very embittered.
Some time ago, I had 14 rolls of film developed, and I was asked to leave a phone number to be contacted once they were ready. A week goes by, no news. Second week, still nothing. I call for information and I am told that only about ten rolls were ready, and so annoyed, that they would be the ones to contact me. They went to retrieve them, to get something. A whole month goes by (I'm not kidding, from September 3 to October 8) and no one contacts me. At which I go to the shop, and to my surprise I find all the rollers developed. Up to now nothing too serious, except that on some negatives an adhesive has been applied, irredibly compromising the photograph and making it irrecoverable. Not only that, some photos have been cut in half.
Honestly, I am very disappointed, those photos were memories that unfortunately no one will be able to give back to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ascoltano la passione delle persone e la alimentano nel limite del proprio budget. Personale gentile, preparato ed onesto. Volevo avvicinarmi alla fotografia sportiva, ed il sig. Ennio con pazienza e professionalità estrema, anche se vicini all'orario di chiusura, dopo una serie di domande mi mostra una macchina sul bancone e mi invita all'esterno del negozio per effettuare degli scatti da mostrarmi al monitor del bancone. Molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto fatto.
They listen to people's passion and feed it within the limit of their budget. Kind, knowledgeable and honest staff. I wanted to get closer to sports photography, and Mr. Ennio with extreme patience and professionalism, even if close to closing time, after a series of questions shows me a machine on the counter and invites me outside the shop to take some shots to show me on the counter monitor. Very satisfied with the purchase made.
