r	renzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento mediocre da parte del personale, molta confusione sulle indicazioni da seguire, dimissioni da dimenticare, praticamente ci hanno buttato fuori con la scusa che non avevano tempo. Abbiamo chiesto un colloquio con il medico che non ci è stato dato e poi non sapevano da dove farci entrare con l'auto per far salire il paziente. Pessima esperienza, non è possibile che esista una struttura che tratta gli ospiti in questo modo. Segnalerò l'accaduto alla ulss di competenza Poor treatment from the staff, a lot of confusion about the directions to follow, resignation to forget, they practically kicked us out with the excuse that they didn't have time. NOTA NEGATIVA CHE TI SENTI QUASI SEQUESTRATO E PRIVATO DI TUTTO MA ANCORA PEGGIO È IL MANGIARE . NON È SCHIFOSO MA MOLTO DI PIÙ Very clean environment despite the old structure. Gli ospiti "dozzinanti", cioè paganti, hanno la possibilità di ricevere visite dai familiari nel fine settimana, chi è ricoverato con la convenzione ulss invece no. Riscontrato un polipo: a parte la fretta della Dottoressa che sembrava dovesse prendere un aereo, nessun tipo di empatia, scarsissime informazioni, se non assenti e confuse. E la Dottoressa sempre, come dicevano i nostri vecchi saggi, con il fuoco sul didietro! La visita sarà durata di e no 7/8 minuti. 102 euro. Esperienza molto molto deludente. Marilena Davi'. M	Miria Bertazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, mia mamma è stata ricoverata per riabilitazione presso il Vs. istituito e si è trovata a dover convivere in un ambiente retrogrado e obsoleto. A parte l'esterno e il pian terreno il resto è rimasto indietro di decenni: bagni in comune addirittura alcuni tra maschi e femmine posti all'inizio e alla fine del corridoio, senza bidè e doccia. Camere piccolissime con materassi in gomma piuma e con comandi rotti per alzarsi e abbassarsi. Micro TV che non funzionava se non un solo canale per poco tempo. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare. È entrata negativa al Covid e una settimana dopo siamo dovuti andarla a prendere dopo una settimana perché risultata positiva. S	Stefania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentato il centro in day hspital per 2 settimane con il mio bimbo di sei anni : il percorso medico per i bimbi é perfetto, organizzato benissimo, i medici sono sempre puntuali disponibili e bravissimi con i bimbi, ma la nota negativa secondo me é la recente abbinata nella stessa struttura e a volte anche nello stesso piano, di degenti anziani in fase di risbilitazione e trasportati in barella con passaggio davanti agli occhi increduli dei bambini!! L'ambulanza arriva nel piazzale dove c'è un piccolo parco giochi dei bimbi in attesa e questo é anche pericoloso oltre che bruttissimo da vedere, e il paziente trasportato passa poi davanti a tutti nella piccola sala d'aspetto/bar per arrivare all'ascensore delle barelle. No tutto questo é sbagliatissimo da far vedere ad un bambino e non penso sia neanche tanto piacevole x il paziente.. Ci vorrebbero almeno 2 entrate diverse e una gran bella divisione tra i degenti e i bambini in day hospital. Spero possiate presto rivedere il tutto perché secondo me così non va proprio bene. The ambulance arrives in the square where there is a small playground for children waiting and this is also dangerous as well as very ugly to see, and the transported patient then passes in front of everyone in the small waiting room / bar to get to the stretcher lift. No all this is very wrong for a child to see and I don't think it's even that pleasant for the patient .. It would take at least 2 different entrances and a great division between patients and children in day hospital. I hope you can see everything again soon because in my opinion this is not really good.
