★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio da evitare assolutamente, mi reco per un preventivo e dopo avermi comunicato il prezzo(tra l'altro qualche giorno prima si era recata mia moglie per lo stesso terminale e il prezzo fatto era diverso) torno dopo due giorni per lasciare il telefono da riparare e mi dicono che i tempi d'attesa sono troppo lunghi quindi non lo ritirano quando invece la prima volta mi avevano detto che nel giro di una settimana avrebbero fatto tutto.
Tra l'altro i preventivi fatti in online sono diversi da quelli fatti nel negozio a favore del primo caso.
Dopo la risposta data, confermo e sottoscrivo quello sopra citato e non per sfogo personale ma semplicemente per i seguenti motivi:
1. Come si può vedere dalle mail, ne ho scritte diverse dopo la vostra risposta chiedendovi come procedere per avvalermi dei prezzi online e non mi avete dato risposta.
2.Nella mail del preventivo non veniva specificato che si trattava di offerta online.
3.I prezzi fatti nel vostro punto vendita sono stati poco chiari in quanto la prima volta a mia moglie ė stato fatto un prezzo la seconda volta a me un altro prezzo.
4. L' addetta alle vendite, la quale aveva precedentemente affermato che la sostituzione sarebbe avvenuta entro una settimana, dopo le mail intercorse ha stranamente comunicato parecchi mesi di attesa, rifiutando a priori la presa in carico della riparazione.... quindi cosa ben diversa dai 30 gg di cui parla lei... palese indottrinamento della commessa!!!
DETTO CIÒ, A CONFERMA DELLA VOSTRA ASSOLUTA NON PROFESSIONALITÀ, LA INVITO AD ELIMINARE IN TEMPI RAPIDI IL MIO INDIRIZZO MAIL CONTENUTO ALL'INTERNO DEL LINK che lei ha furbamente postato... Violazione della privacy come dovrebbe ricordare!!
Shop to be avoided absolutely, I go for a quote and after having communicated the price (among other things a few days before my wife had gone to the same terminal and the price was different) I return after two days to leave the phone to be repaired and they tell me that the waiting times are too long so they don't withdraw it when instead the first time they told me that within a week they would do everything.
Among other things, the estimates made online are different from those made in the shop in favor of the first case.
After the answer given, I confirm and sign the one mentioned above and not for personal outburst but simply for the following reasons:
1. As you can see from the emails, I wrote several after your reply asking you how to proceed to take advantage of online prices and you have not given me an answer.
2. The quote email did not specify that it was an online offer.
3. The prices made in your store were unclear as the first time my wife was made a price the second time a different price was made to me.
4. The sales clerk, who had previously stated that the replacement would take place within a week, strangely communicated several months of waiting after the mails, refusing a priori to take charge of the repair .... so what well different from the 30 days you are talking about ... clear indoctrination of the order !!!
THAT SAID, IN CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ABSOLUTE NON-PROFESSIONALISM, I INVITE YOU TO DELETE MY MAIL ADDRESS CONTAINED WITHIN THE LINK that you have cleverly posted ... Privacy violation as you should remember !!
