★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio Huawei p9 per un cambio batteria poiché non teneva più la carica. Dopo circa 15 giorni che mi è stato restituito il telefono, mi accorgo che ogni tanto facendo le foto si spegne e per riaccenderlo devo per forza attaccarlo alla carica. La cosa inizialmente non mi dava fastidio perché succedeva di rado, ma con il passare del tempo il fenomeno è diventato continuo fino a che prima che scadesse la garanzia dei due mesi l'ho riportato li in assistenza spiegando il problema. La risposta è stata che si doveva cambiare la fotocamera perché era difettosa, al che io ho provato a spiegare che se mi era stata cambiata la batteria e prima di questo il telefono andava perfettamente sicuramente era quella difettosa e non la fotocamera. Mi hanno detto di no e quindi ho deciso di aprire il telefono da solo e cambiarmi la batteria. Il risultato è che ora il mio telefono funziona perfettamente e che se si da garanzia di un lavoro poi bisogna rispettarla e non inventarsi scuse.
I took my Huawei p9 for a battery change as it no longer held a charge. After about 15 days that the phone has been returned to me, I realize that every now and then while taking pictures it turns off and to turn it back on I have to plug it in. Initially, it didn't bother me because it rarely happened, but over time the phenomenon became continuous until before the two-month warranty expired I brought it back to assistance explaining the problem. The answer was that you had to change the camera because it was faulty, to which I tried to explain that if I had changed the battery and before this the phone was perfectly fine it was surely the faulty one and not the camera. They told me no and so I decided to open the phone myself and change the battery. The result is that now my phone works perfectly and that if you guarantee a job then you have to respect it and not make excuses.

Nel frattempo non ho avuto alcun problema col touch o qualsiasi altro aspetto connesso allo schermo. Velocissimi e molto gentili
I was already gone more than a year ago because they had passed me an iPhone with broken glass, I always went back to change the glass, after yet another bad fall. In the meantime I have not had any problems with the touch or any other aspect connected to the screen. Fast and very kind
