★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo un servizio a domicilio dei medicinali ed ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere PharmaPrime. 3 caratteristiche che ho riscontrato subito: gentilezza, attenzione ai particolari e attenzione al cliente. Precisione anche nelle indicazioni fornite e nell'orario di consegna. Direi servizio impeccabile che consiglio !

Ho avuto modo di contattare l'assistenza clienti per informazioni sul servizio ed anche in questo caso ho avuto un'esperienza veramente positiva: disponibili, gentili e preparati! Consigliatissimo!!!
Perfect service and above all very useful! They deliver medicines at home and even collect the prescription from the doctor !! The riders are punctual, very kind and attentive to needs. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto dalla precisione, puntualità e soprattutto dalla grande professionalità. Consiglio a tutti di provare, anche per sperimentare la comoditá di non dover fare più le interminabili code in farmacia.
Stuck at home with the flu, I decided to rely on PharmaPrime for the delivery of the medicines I needed at home. I was extremely satisfied with the precision, punctuality and above all the great professionalism. Ho avuto un'esperienza negativa con un'altra azienda, la quale, forse per colpa della farmacia di riferimento, alle 19 ha disdetto la consegna dei farmaci ordinati stamattina.
L'operatrice di PharmaPrime mi ha chiamato dopo solo 7min dalla conferma del mio ordine per ulteriore conferma. Ho gradito molto la chiamata proattiva, perché avevo bisogno di avere una conferma "umana" della consegna, perché era fondamentale che prendessi i farmaci stasera. Sono riusciti ad anticipare la mia chiamata, e ho gradito molto ciò.
La consegna è stata ottimale, gestita con SMS e tanto di link di tracciamento della consegna. In più, i medicinali erano racchiusi in una busta sigillata.
Li consiglio vivamente, tale efficienza merita di crescere tanto.

I had a negative experience with another company, which, perhaps due to the reference pharmacy, canceled the delivery of the drugs ordered this morning at 7 pm.
The PharmaPrime operator called me after only 7min from the confirmation of my order for further confirmation. I really enjoyed the proactive call, because I needed to have a "human" confirmation of the delivery, because it was essential that I take my medications tonight. They were able to anticipate my call, and I really enjoyed that.
Delivery was optimal, handled with SMS and lots of delivery tracking links. In addition, the medicines were enclosed in a sealed bag.
I highly recommend them, this efficiency deserves to grow a lot.
