M	Marianna Miraglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho spesso trovato i commessi scortesi e supponenti, molte volte hanno cercato di rifilarci costosi prodotti omeopatici (ricordo che l'omeopatia non ha alcuna base scientifica, se entro in una farmacia non cerco dei placebo). Tutti i componenti della mia famiglia, nel corso degli anni, hanno riscontrato queste esperienze tanto che, se prima ci andavamo giusto quando necessario in quanto farmacia più vicina a casa, ora la evitiamo tutti quanti. Mi spiace aggiungere un giudizio così negativo ma, come detto, si è sviluppato in anni. Altri si saranno trovati bene ma non è la farmacia per noi. I have often found rude and opinionated salespersons, many times they have tried to trim expensive homeopathic products (I remember that homeopathy has no scientific basis, if I go to a pharmacy I do not look for placebo). All the members of my family, over the years, have encountered these experiences so much that, if before we went there just when necessary as the nearest pharmacy to the house, now we all avoid it. I am sorry to add such a negative opinion but, as mentioned, it has developed over the years. Others may have enjoyed it but it is not the pharmacy for us.

Ieri ho deciso di dar loro una seconda possibilità, ma non si sono smentiti. Per mio errore ho portato una ricetta scaduta e la farmacista mi ha importunato in modo scortese e poco professionale chiedendomi come mai ci avessi messo tanto tempo per venire a comprare quel medicinale. Mi sono poi recata in un'altra farmacia e mi hanno spiegato in modo molto professionale e gentile (ma soprattutto senza domande personali) come fare per risolvere la questione. Spero che la Dottoressa implicata impari presto a relazionarsi con il pubblico, nel frattempo eviterò il più possibile questa Farmacia. Very rude staff. Some time ago they lost my recipe, blaming me for forgetting it somewhere. Yesterday I decided to give them a second chance, but they didn't deny it. To my mistake I brought an expired recipe and the pharmacist bothered me in an impolite and unprofessional way asking me why it took me so long to come and buy that medicine. I then went to another pharmacy and they explained to me in a very professional and kind way (but above all without personal questions) how to resolve the matter. I hope the involved Doctor will soon learn to relate to the public, in the meantime I will avoid this Pharmacy as much as possible.

Mi chiedono se faccio tante ricette io ho detto loro che la dottoressa fa alla abbisogna la ricetta in base a quanto ho di malessere da varie patologie cercando di non abusare dei farmaci che non sono caramelle balsamiche tutto qua. Personale supponente e scortese, nello specifico una dottoressa in turno che si è mostrata del tutto oppositiva e polemica dinanzi ad un suo palese errore. Opinionating and rude staff, specifically a doctor on duty who has shown herself to be completely oppositional and controversial in the face of her obvious mistake.
U	Una Di Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia un po’ più piccola rispetto ad altre della zona ma comunque con una buona scelta di prodotti e ben forniti. Servizio veloce senza lunghi tempi attesa. Pharmacy a little smaller than others in the area but still with a good choice of well-stocked products. Fast service without long waiting times.
