★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che sono consapevole dell'estrema importanza rivestita dalle farmacie e da chi vi lavora, suggerirei di essere meno esosi e di non vendere il farmaco più caro tra quelli disponibili, se non si vuole che il cliente si rivolga altrove e compri online...anche chi non è pratico di internet ha amici, o parenti...

Taddei mi ha indirizzato verso prodotti più specifici per me, e con la quale mi ha chiesto di passare se possibile per fargli sapere come mi ero trovata, mi ha fatto spostare il punto di riferimento in fatto di farmacia alla S. Lucia!

Troppa insistenza a vendere prodotti creati da loro anche se il cliente chiede altro. spesso scortesia e supponenza verso chi non è cliente abituale e nervosismo nei giorni festivi in cui gli tocca esser di turno..
