Partendo dal fatto che non ho mai avuto occasione (per fortuna direi) di rivolgermi a farmacie durante il turno di notte, mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso.
Prima di presentarmi ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni e mi ha risposto una persona in maniera alquanto scocciata senza darmi nemmeno modo di rivolgere alcuna domanda. Poi mi presento e il farmaco di cui necessito non è disponibile ! Devo quindi optare per un'alternativa . Provvedo infine al pagamento senza che nemmeno mi venga chiesto se desidero fornire la tessera sanitaria per la detrazione fiscale... Insomma... Sconsigliatissimo per quanto mi riguarda.
Bad night experience.
Starting from the fact that I have never had the opportunity (fortunately I would say) to go to pharmacies during the night shift, I expected a different treatment.
Before introducing myself, I called to ask for information and a person answered in a rather annoyed way without even giving me the opportunity to ask any questions. Then I introduce myself and the drug I need is not available! I therefore have to opt for an alternative. Finally, I arrange the payment without even being asked if I wish to provide the health card for the tax deduction ... Well ... Not recommended as far as I'm concerned.
