★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiedo un intervento in garanzia, si tengono l'auto un giorno intero senza capire e risolvere il problema e, né all'accettazione né al ritiro consegnano il foglio degli interventi fatti. "Se il problema persiste, ce la riporti". Ovviamente ho cambiato officina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ,Ho portato la mia "Clio" per un vistoso problema all'impianto a gas della "Landi", trovando questa officina su internet non avevo alcuna informazione a riguardo, come un salto nel buio , come si dice a Roma " vatte a fidà"; una volta consegnata i tempi per delucidare il lavoro ed il lavoro stesso si sono protratti alimentando il mio pessimismo.
Nulla di più sbagliato, il lavoro è stato eseguito con una meticolosità invidiabile, si è dimostrata una professionalità encomiabile, i tempi si sono protratti, ne ho costatato il kilometraggio, per testare a fondo il mezzo.
Oltremodo vengo informato di un problema della vettura riguardante i pneomatici del quale la mia diagnosi era totalmente sbagliata, ovvio che Marco,così si chiama il tecnico che ha preso in custodia il mezzo, non aveva alcuna ragione in merito se non appunto la sua estrema professionalità.
La officina è una sala operatoria, la spesa alla luce di quanto detto si è rivelata consistente ma nella maniera più assoluta inerente il servizio reso.
La mia auto è andata così bene solo appena comprata.

Extremely I am informed of a problem with the car concerning the tires of which my diagnosis was totally wrong, of course Marco, that's the name of the technician who took the vehicle into custody, he had no reason about it except his extreme professionalism .
The workshop is an operating room, the expense in light of what has been said has proven to be substantial but in the most absolute way inherent to the service rendered.

In poco tempo hanno capito quale fosse la problematica della mia auto. Pur avendo a pochi KM da casa un'altra autofficina preferisco andare da loro a Pomezia perché so di trovare persone competenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, ho rischiato la vita per riparazione non a regola d'arte, mi hanno sostituito l'attuatore del cambio automatico con un altro USATO E NON REVISIONATO, hanno semplicemente sostituito il pezzo, la macchina si è fermata per ben 4 volte, l'ultima in piena carreggiata del raccordo, per loro la macchina era PERFETTA, del resto il rischio era il mio! E si sono pure fatti pagare profumatamente, perché il lavoro era stato fatto! Alla fine ho risolto andando da un altro e ripagando nuovamente per lo stesso pezzo (attuatore del cambio automatico, che ovviamente hanno revisionato)! Da evitate assolutamente! Aggiungerei PERICOLOSI ED INCOMPETENTI
Terrible, I risked my life for repairs not in a workmanlike manner, they replaced the automatic gearbox actuator with another USED AND NOT REVISED, they simply replaced the piece, the machine stopped 4 times, the last in the middle of the carriageway, for them the car was PERFECT, after all the risk was mine! And they even got paid handsomely, because the job was done! I finally solved it by going to another and paying back again for the same piece (automatic gearbox actuator, which of course they overhauled)! To be avoided absolutely! I would add DANGEROUS AND INCOMPETENT
