★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilità già da subito quando hanno capito il nostro problema..machina aziendale con problemi alla centralina hanno risolto subito, professionalità e l'intervento e stato fatto al l'ora di chiusura....ottimo lavoro e grazie a voi siamo tornati a casa....eravamo in zona x lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo presso la concessionaria per valutare l’acquisto di una 308, un venditore molto gentile mi dice che c’è da aspettare un attimo. Nessun problema fino a qui. Poi si presenta un suo collega che alla mia richiesta di vedere l’auto diventa subito frettoloso e poco cordiale. Non mi fa nemmeno accomodare nell’ufficio ma mi da poche informazioni generiche e svogliate. Non mi ha neanche fatto un preventivo e soprattutto diceva l’opposto di quanto detto dal suo collega a dei clienti che stavano visionando la stessa auto che mi interessava. Non capisco se il problema sia stata la mia giovane età o se è così di suo.
Nessun problema, ho fatto 30 km ed in un’altra concessionaria dello stesso marchio sono stato tratto in maniera cortese e professionale. Lì sto valutando l’acquisto a breve.
Peccato perché avevo avuto feedback molto positivi su questi concessionario

He doesn't even let me sit in the office but gives me little general and listless information. He didn't even give me a quote and above all he said the opposite of what his colleague said to customers who were viewing the same car that interested me. I do not understand if the problem was my young age or if it is so yours.
No problem, I did 30 km and was treated courteously and professionally in another dealership of the same brand. There I am evaluating the purchase soon.
Too bad because I had had very positive feedback on these dealerships
