Incompetenti You come back 6 times for the same problem and they treat you like fish in the face after paying the exorbitant bill. Car repaired by another mechanic on the first try. Incompetent
L	LUCA CERIANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato auto per un rumore, mi han detto che bisognava sostituire la frizione, così il rumore sarebbe scomparso ed ho accettato che eseguissero il lavoro. Al ritiro dell'auto mi han detto che il rumore era rimasto e che bisognava forse sostituire il cambio per risolvere. Pertanto ho dovuto pagare il lavoro della frizione ritirando l' autovettura con ancora il rumore e per giunta peggiorato. Mai piu' Brought car for a noise, they told me that the clutch had to be replaced, so the noise would disappear and I accepted that they did the job. When I picked up the car they told me that the noise had remained and that perhaps the gearbox had to be replaced to solve it. Therefore I had to pay for the work of the clutch by withdrawing the car with the noise still and worse. Never again'

Dopo due ore e mezza l'auto mi e stata riconsegnata con una spesa di 180 euro: revisione, pastiglie anteriori, liquido antigelo (mezzo litro), materiale di consumo e manodopera da ricevuta fiscale. Sapendo che la revisione in se costa intorno ai 70 euro mi sembra davvero eccessivo. Definitely expensive: I brought a 2009 polo for periodic inspection and replacement of the front pads at my request. After two and a half hours the car was returned to me at a cost of 180 euros: overhaul, front pads, antifreeze liquid (half a liter), consumables and labor from the tax receipt. Knowing that the revision itself costs around 70 euros, it seems to me really excessive.
L	Luca Nobile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao sul lavoro nulla da dire ma sulla trasparenza del prezzo avrei una contestazione da fare,sulla ricevuta di pagamento che mi hanno lasciato non c e scritto nel dettaglio il prezzo del pezzo cambiato e il costo della manodopera in più al telefono mi dicono una cifra da spendere per riparare il veicolo e dato che ho dato l ok quando sono arrivato in officina mi ha detto la segretaria che il prezzo era cambiato nel senso che era di più di quello che era stato comunicato al telefono,secondo tra il loro staff ci vorrebbe comunicazione più precisa e peri clienti devono avere un rapporto scritto di trasparenza sulle ricevute che lasciano non possiamo andare ad ipotesi sul costo del lavoro svolto,cmq con rammarico troverò un altra officina in grado di darti un servizio più trasparente e poi si chiedono come mai non ci si fidi degli altri Hi at work nothing to say but on the transparency of the price I would have a dispute to make, on the receipt of payment they left me not written in detail the price of the changed piece and the cost of the extra labor on the phone tell me a figure to spend to repair the vehicle and since I gave the ok when I arrived in the workshop the secretary told me that the price had changed in the sense that it was more than what was communicated by phone, according to their staff we would like more communication precise and for customers must have a written report of transparency on the receipts they leave we can not go to hypotheses on the cost of work done, cmq with regret I will find another workshop able to give you a more transparent service and then wonder why there is not trust others

Molto cordiale e gentile la signorina alla accettazione/contabilità. Simple people as it once was, just a handshake, a few words and you will find the solution to every problem. Very friendly and polite the young lady at the acceptance / accounting.

Tanto il problema ė del cliente. Professionalità zero. Andate da un altra parte. Bad, brought car for revision as by appointment at 9, I come back at 18 and they tell me that they have not done the revision. Without even calling to warn. The problem is with the customer. Fate voi i conti di quanto mi é costato un fo del freno a mano. Higher than average labor cost. I brought a car for a two-year overhaul and paid a total of 195 euros, of which 77 for labor. You do the math of how much it cost me a fo of the handbrake.
