Mi presento all'accoglienza clienti dove ci sono un ragazzo col capo chino sul PC, una signora che parla ed un collega che la ascolta. Come educazione vuole dico "buongiorno", il signore mi guarda un secondo senza ricambiare il saluto e torna a guardare la sua collega che continua a parlare, mentre il ragazzo resta chino sul PC. Buttandola sull'ironia mi giro verso mia moglie che nel frattempo mi aveva raggiunto e dico a lei buongiorno. Mia moglie si avvicina e saluta all'indirizzo dei 3 dipendenti, ma stesso siparietto: il signore guarda per 1 secondo e senza ricambiare torna ad ascoltare la collega mentre il ragazzo resta chino sul PC. É la prima volta in vita mia che mi succede una cosa del genere, mi é salito un nervoso che mi son girato ed ho detto a mia moglie di andarcene. Non sono riuscito a dire nulla perché avrei rischiato di uniformarmi al livello di educazione che ho trovato nei 3 dipendenti che erano "all'accoglienza clienti".
Lacking in education.
I introduce myself to the customer reception where there is a guy with his head down on the PC, a lady who speaks and a colleague who listens to her. As education wants I say "good morning", the gentleman looks at me for a second without returning the greeting and goes back to look at his colleague who continues to talk, while the boy remains bent over the PC. Throwing it into irony, I turn to my wife who in the meantime had joined me and I say good morning to her. My wife approaches and greets the address of the 3 employees, but the same curtain: the gentleman looks for 1 second and without reciprocating returns to listen to the colleague while the boy remains bent over the PC. It is the first time in my life that something like this has happened to me, I got nervous that I turned around and told my wife to leave. I was unable to say anything because I would have risked conforming to the level of education I found in the 3 employees who were "customer reception".
