Chiedo un intervento per cambiare l'accendisigari non più funzionante e dopo attimo di attesa subito servito. Un impiegato si mette al lavoro e dopo dieci minuti cambia solo un fusibile. Il tutto mandandomi a casa senza chiedere niente di compenso. Avrebbero potuto benissimo fregarmi qualche soldo cambiando l'accendisigari e invece si sono limitati a sistemarmi l'auto senza niente in cambio. Per adesso molto consigliato. Preso appuntamento per aggiustare le luci di uno scooter, andato a posta all'orario stabilito per sentirmi dire dopo 15 MIN di attesa e con tono tutt'altro che cordiale che non guardano scooter. Risultato che stasera dovrò tornare con il buio sle senza luci mentre a saperlo mi spostavo in macchina. In data 08/10/2021 porto la mia vettura presso suddetta officina, espongo il problema e dopo una serie di tentennamenti mi dicono che non è possibile effettuare il lavoro nell'immediato e che avrei dovuto prendere un appuntamento. Fin qui benissimo non fa una grinza! Parlo col ragioniere incaricato il quale a sua volta parla con uno dei meccanici e dopo altri svariati "tira e molla" decidono di comune accordo che possono inserirmi in agenda con un appuntamento prefissato, per oggi Lunedì 11/10/2021 alle ore 15.00. Alle 15.00 in punto mio figlio è sul posto e gli tocca anche attendere ben 20 minuti, poichè non sono puntuali per l'orario di apertura. Morale della favola, con atteggiamento del tutto privo di vergogna dicono a mio figlio che non può lasciare la macchina, poichè non possono eseguire, ancora una volta e ad appuntamento prefissato ben 48 ore prima il lavoro, a causa del "troppo affollamento"!! Vergognoso ed irrispettoso a qualsiasi livello e sotto qualsiasi aspetto la si voglia guardare, nei confronti del cliente! STATE ASSOLUTAMENTE LONTANI!!!
