Puntualità zero, e non stiamo parlando di ritardi di qualche minuto ma di un’ora se non di più.. anzi, devi ringraziare se l’autobus passa. Per non parlare poi del numero dell’azienda trasporti che è a disposizione tanto per bellezza perché puoi chiamare tutte le volte che vorrai ma non ti risponderà mai nessuno. Disorganization and total lack of respect. Zero punctuality, and we are not talking about delays of a few minutes but of an hour if not more .. indeed, you have to thank if the bus passes. Nel 2021 devo ancora scomodarmi a tirar fuori il contante. Agghiacciante. On their website and on the livery of their buses they specify that you can pay for the ticket with Google Pay and with the main credit / debit cards, yet this is not true because the POS are always out of order. In 2021 I still have to bother to get the cash out. Chilling.

Chiami Catania e ti dicono che, giustamente, non conoscono gli orari, ti passano la direzione generale e ti lasciano 10 minuti in attesa e poi cade la linea. Ho viaggiato per tutta l'Italia, ma non ho mai visto un'azienda di trasporto pubblico peggio gestita!
