Ma passando al cibo, abbiamo preso l'antipasto dei prodotti tipici Salentini, che dire erano superbi poi siamo passati alla "GRIGLIATA DI Petra" che ci ha riempiti di bontà. Il servizio per me è ottimo unica pecca che bisogna un po' attendere per le pietanze, ma l'attesa non v'è ne farà pentire. Io personalmente ho preso la grigliata Petra Nera e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, cottura buona e carne saporita, dava l’impressione di essere fresca. Tolgo una stella per l’elevata attesa per ordinare e per ricevere i piatti a tavola, la gestione durante la nostra serata è stata un po’ confusionaria. Nonostante ciò, lo consiglio vivamente.
