Ci hanno proposto un aperitivo con ingredienti tipici salentini e visto che non mangiamo alcuni ingredienti, si sono subito mostrati a disposizione ad aggiungere delle alternative, ed abbiamo deciso di accompagnarlo con due spritz. All'arrivo del piatto, il cameriere ci ha illustrato ciò che c'era nel piatto ordinato da noi con molta professionalità e gentilezza. Inutile dire che era tutto ottimo. Consigliatissimo ?? Very nice and welcoming place, upon our arrival we were greeted by the staff who immediately recommended the best table and showed us the menu with great professionalism. They offered us an aperitif with typical Salento ingredients and since we don't eat some ingredients, they immediately showed themselves available to add alternatives, and we decided to accompany it with two spritzes. Upon arrival of the dish, the waiter explained to us what was in the dish ordered from us with a lot of professionalism and kindness. Needless to say, it was all great. Highly recommended ??

Rapporto qualità e quantità / prezzo “giusto” per il periodo di alta stagione sui piatti di terra. Completamente eccessivo il prezzo dei piatti di mare in rapporto alla quantità che non sazia. Servizio molto buono e personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima selezione di birre artigianali. Nice place. It offers really good typical local products (special mention for capocollo and burrata). Quality and quantity / price ratio "right" for the high season on land dishes. The price of seafood dishes is completely excessive in relation to the quantity that does not satisfy. Very good service and nice and helpful staff. Great selection of craft beers.

Mi è stato proposto, oltre al tagliere di salumi e formaggi (per la precisione 6 pezzetti di tre qualità differenti) un altro taglierino al di fuori della carta per un’assaggio di altre tipologie di formaggi pugliesi: 8€ per 8 pezzettini di formaggio, 1€ al pezzo (nella foto, il piatto centrale) Decisamente eccessivo! Da come ci erano stati descritti i due taglieri sembravo ben abbondanti, ma per un totale di 24€ (escluse bevande e coperto) direi troppo caro. In short ... very nice place, modern presentation of the dishes. Exorbitant prices in relation to the amount of food. I was offered, in addition to the platter of cold cuts and cheeses (to be precise 6 pieces of three different qualities), another cutter outside the paper for a taste of other types of Apulian cheeses: € 8 for 8 pieces of cheese, 1 € per piece (in the photo, the central plate) Definitely excessive! From how we had been described, the two cutting boards seemed very abundant, but for a total of 24 € (excluding drinks and cover charge) I would say too expensive.

Se migliorassero tale aspetto con più ricercatezza nei piatti, di sicuro diverrebbero un riferimento della proposta enogastronomia della costa anche senza snaturare la volontà di rimanere un posto da degustazione vini. Complimenti! Merita una tappa ! If they improved this aspect with more refinement in the dishes, they would certainly become a reference of the food and wine proposal of the coast even without distorting the desire to remain a wine tasting place. Una stella in meno perché a mio avviso al piatto "ricordi lontani" €15, avrei aggiunto un assaggino di stracciatella o burrata o giuncata giusto perché la Puglia è anche questo, dando così a quel piatto il giusto valore, in tutti i sensi ? Cmq ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Very nice and quiet place, fast staff and quality food, also very interesting wine selection. One star less because in my opinion to the dish "distant memories" € 15, I would have added a taste of stracciatella or burrata or giuncata just because Puglia is also this, thus giving that dish the right value, in every sense ? Anyway we will definitely be back.

Il cibo, dai sapori pugliesi, ci ha entusiasmato molto a partire dalla buonissima burrata, al tagliere di salumi locali e per finire una frisella classica al pomodoro. Assolutamente da provare. Very nice outdoor location. Well-spaced tables, fast and attentive service. The food, with Apulian flavors, impressed us a lot starting from the delicious burrata, to the platter of local cold cuts and finally a classic frisella with tomato. Absolutely to try.
