m	manaury Velasquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondo all'unico commento negativo rivolto al negozio in qualità di cliente e di educatore cinofilo non che studentessa di veterinaria : A) i prodotti non hanno garanzia come gli elettrodomestici B)dato che io compro da anni in questo negozio non ho mai riscontrato malformazioni o incongruenze nei prodotti sia quelli alimentari che di diversa natura come cucce guinzagli pettorine ecc C) la qualità e la gentilezza dello staff non sn mai state messe in discussione sopratutto quando si prendono degli impegni e quando non .. tutto e'ascoltare e capire quello che uno dice senza necessariamente pretendere che il negoziante dica ciò che vogliamo sentirci dire solo perché paghiamo D) ora sottolineo che un cucciolo dato che cambia i denti morde ciò che incontra anche perché il cane impara a conoscere gli oggetti .. poco furbo e intelligente prendere una cuccia .. ma bensì sarebbe più appropriato prendere una brandina Detto ciò prima di prendere cuccioli meglio informarsi da persone competenti e non calunniare persone per bene che lavorano e sn esperte in ciò che fanno . La ragazza credo ami molto i cani la ho vista trattarli sempre con dolcezza. Ma professionalità e competenza scarseggiano. Va bene per chi si accontenta. Sono più economici di altri e sono molto meno bravi. Mediocre mediocre. They go very well for you who have never seen a professionally stripped dog. Quando mi ci sono recato ho potuto verificare che ciò è vero. Il primo acquisto che ho fatto mi ha lasciato un po’ deluso, in particolare un cuccia marca Ferribello; il cuscino per far riposare la mia cucciola è durato POCHE ORE. Alle mie rimostranze non ho avuto grande soddisfazione ma devo dire che ovviamente sulla qualità del prodotto è responsabile l’azienda produttrice e non il negoziante. Va da se che non consiglio prodotti di quella marca. Successivamente ho acquistato le crocchette che mi sono state ordinate e fatte arrivare in tempi rapidissimi; in punto posso assicurare che Mario ha fatto i salti mortali per accontentarmi. In conclusione confermo l’economicità dei prezzi accompagnata da ampia scelta di prodotti ma soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità del titolare. Ritornerò in futuro anche per la toilettatura. The first purchase I made left me a little disappointed, especially a Ferribello brand dog bed; the cushion to rest my puppy lasted A FEW HOURS. To my complaints I did not have great satisfaction but I must say that obviously the manufacturer and not the shopkeeper is responsible for the quality of the product. It goes without saying that I do not recommend products of that brand. Subsequently I bought the croquettes that were ordered and made to arrive very quickly; in point I can assure you that Mario has done somersaults to satisfy me. In conclusion, I confirm the low prices accompanied by a wide choice of products but above all the kindness and availability of the owner. I will also return in the future for the toilet.
