★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recatami al punto vendita situato presso il centro commerciale "Le Ginestre" di Tremestieri Etneo ho acquistato diversi articoli tra i quali, uno in particolare, era sprovvisto di "tagliandino" poiché preso dalla commessa dall'esposizione. Al mio dubbio per un'eventuale sostituzione venivo rassicurata verbalmente dalla stessa che potevo provarli a casa, ed eventualmente, recarmi nuovamente al punto vendita per sostituirli con altro articolo di pari importo. Peccato però che una volta che mi recavo al negozio, per la sostituzione, munita di scontrino fiscale, mi veniva proibita la sostituzione visto che non era presente l'etichetta.
Alla mia lamentela pubblicata sul profilo di Facebook del negozio Venivo inizialmente contattata per descrivere l'accaduto, ma una volta descritto lo stesso, nessun altro contatto e' avvenuto.

Go to the store located at the "Le Ginestre" shopping center in Tremestieri Etneo. I bought several items, one of which was not equipped with a "coupon" because it was taken from the exhibition order. When I had doubts about a possible replacement, I was verbally reassured by the same that I could try them at home, and eventually, go back to the store to replace them with another item of the same amount. Too bad, however, that once I went to the shop, for the replacement, equipped with a receipt, I was forbidden to replace it since the label was not present.
To my complaint posted on the shop's Facebook profile I was initially contacted to describe what happened, but once I described the same, no other contact took place.
