Il titolare dell'azienda in un giorno festivo ha organizzato un'accensione straordinaria per me e ho potuto cremare il cane assistendo ad ogni singola fase delle operazioni. Consiglio a tutti voi che proverete questo dolore enorme di recarvi qui col vostro animale, perché è un luogo gestito da chi gli animali li ama e con rispetto, cortesia, disponibilità, umanità e solidarietà sarete accolti in quello che sarà uno dei giorni più brutti della vostra vita. E farà la differenza. Vi consiglio anche di farvi forza e di assistere a tutte le fasi, state con il vostro cane fino alla fine di tutto, non lo lasciate solo proprio in quel momento, io ho fatto così e il dolore immenso ha trovato una forma,un'immagine, che so che presto peserà pochissimo sulla bilancia insieme alle altre mille forme e immagini meravigliose che il mio cane mi ha regalato in dieci anni. Io ringrazio il signore di cui non so neanche il nome, il titolare di Pet Memory che mi ha permesso di dare addio a una parte di me senza dover aspettare giorni e con tutta la sensibilità possibile. Serve empatia, attenzione alla singola parola e molto tatto. Dopo quasi 14 anni la mia gatta Bianca se ne è andata per un tumore. Sarebbe stato tutto molto più brutto e difficile, in questi giorni di pioggia, se non ci fosse stata una persona come il titolare, Ergun. E' stato in grado di alleviare il dolore. Mi ha ascoltato con estrema gentilezza e ha saputo dare spiegazioni e consigli preziosi. Servirebbero persone così, ovunque. Grazie. E grazie anche al dipendente che lavora a Morlupo, gentilissimo e sensibile quanto il titolare.
