Sconsiglio gente che anche nella delicatezza del trapasso ha ancora voglia di scherzare. A corti discorsi non li consiglierei mai, neanche morto. Abbiamo trasferito la salma in un'altra regione d'Italia e Taffo ha reso il servizio efficiente, puntuale e completo con riferimento agli adempimenti necessari, con un'assistenza telefonica costante e premurosa. Consiglio piu che positivamente tutti i servizi di Taffo.
A	Alina Achiricioaei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no star I would, this is the worst ever service I have faced and especially it concerns my mother's cremation it makes everything worse. I have paid for the services in advance and waiting for the cremation to happen for two weeks after which I am informed that I need to apply for Nulla Osta which took me and my family 3 weeks to get, it is absurd how they didn't inform us about this immediately. At this moment after giving all the documents and month has passed, we still have no news when my mother will be cremated. The level of incompetence is skyrocketing and the lack of empathy from staff. I cannot stress enough how terrible the experience is and the bad attitude of the staff, after multiple calls - one being even closed in my face, multiple messages and we still have no information, I am taking the matter into my own hands to follow up with the cemetery while I am in Saudi Arabia.
