Hanno gestito tutto loro andando a prendere il nostro adorato micio alla clinica veterinaria e al momento di rivederlo l'avevano sistemato in maniera molto accurata, acciambellato come se dormisse e abbiamo trovato molto sensibile il gesto di apporre una piccola spiga. Temevamo di non poter verificare l'effettiva opzione di cremazione singola, invece è stato un processo molto trasparente. In un momento molto difficile, ci hanno lasciato i nostri spazi e gestito il tutto con tatto e delicatezza. I prezzi delle urne sono un pò cari ma abbiamo apprezzato che avessero scelta. Soprattutto è stato bellissimo poter tenere con noi una "copia" delle orme del gatto, prese davanti a noi, e poi chiuse in un quadretto con anche la possibilità di aggiungere una sua foto. Hanno l'opzione di lasciare un ricordo scritto ma sul momento non ce la sentivamo; avevo ripromesso una recensione online che, a distanza di mesi, faccio con piacere.

Above all it was wonderful to be able to keep with us a "copy" of the cat's footprints, taken in front of us, and then closed in a picture with the possibility of adding a photo of him. They have the option of leaving a written record but at the time we didn't feel it; I promised an online review that, months later, I am happy to do.
