Raramente ho potuto riscontrare un connubio così vincente tra serietà e professionalità, da un lato, e passione ed entusiasmo, dall’altro. Inoltre, per chi ama la cucina, con Manuel ci si sente affiancati perché è sempre pronto a dare indicazioni affidabilissime sulla scelta del prodotto, guidato solo da un sentimento di passione per il proprio lavoro. Una menzione speciale anche per i loro lavorati, dalle seppie ripiene, ai vasetti di polpa di ricci freschi, ma la lista sarebbe infinita. Il prezzo è giusto e conveniente ,soprattutto il martedì ed il venerdì è un trionfo di varietà . Mentre vieni servito con cortesia e cordialità puoi sentire il profumo del mare !
