★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie alla gentilezza della famiglia Soardi, ho potuto apprendere, acquistare, degustare alcune specialità locali: filetto di agone (presidio Slowfood) e di cavedano essiccati, filetto di trota e mousse di tinca, ed ho ritrovato la superlativa bottarga di coregone presidio Slowfood - che viene anche distribuita nel circuito del commercio equo milanese (altromercato) così come i filetti essiccati. Consiglio caldamente questo produttore, che ringrazio anche per i consigli sull'uso dei prodotti e ancora per la grande cortesia e disponibilità.
Thanks to the kindness of the Soardi family, I was able to learn, buy and taste some local specialties: agone fillet (Slowfood garrison) and dried chub, trout fillet and tench mousse, and I found the superlative bottarga of vendor Slowfood - which it is also distributed on the fair trade circuit in Milan (altromercato) as well as dried fillets. I highly recommend this manufacturer, whom I also thank for the advice on the use of the products and again for the great courtesy and availability.
