Tranci di pizza, brioches salate, pasticcini....insomnia, una merenda gustosissima???? Large and spacious on the long lake in Sale Marasino. Friendly staff. Small tables and sofas with armchairs also outside with a wonderful view of the lake. Pizza slices, savory croissants, pastries .... insomnia, a very tasty snack????

G	Giulia Concari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato due cioccolate calde che sono arrivate dentro due tazze luride, visibilmente non lavate (o lavate in modo molto, molto approssimativo): erano sporche all'esterno, sui manici, si vedevano ancora i segni sul bordo delle labbra dei precedenti consumatori...impossibile non accorgersene. Io non darei una tazza in quelle condizioni nemmeno ai miei familiari. Una cosa del genere sarebbe inaccettabile sempre, in periodo pandemico (gennaio 2022) lo è ancora di più. Gli errori comunque possono capitare a tutti... quindi, senza far polemiche, ce le siamo fatte rifare, aspettando pazientemente. Al secondo giro le cioccolate sono arrivate in tazze perfettamente pulite, ma né il personale di servizio al tavolo, né poi in cassa, si è scusato. Al momento di pagare il conto, la ragazza in cassa ha aperto bocca frettolosamente solo per dire "DIECI", mentre chiacchierava con dei clienti al banco. Niente scuse, ma nemmeno un "grazie" né un "arrivederci". Come si fa a non capire che queste piccole disattenzioni fanno perdere clienti? Noi frequentiamo molto il lago, qui sicuramente non torneremo mai più e lo sconsiglieremo agli amici. When it was time to pay the bill, the girl at the cashier opened her mouth hastily just to say "TEN" while chatting with customers at the counter. No excuses, but not even a "thank you" or a "goodbye". How can you not understand that these small carelessnesses cause you to lose customers? We frequent the lake a lot, we will certainly never return here and we will not recommend it to friends.
