È un negozio di pescheria e preparati da asporto appena cucinati di pesce e frutti di mare già pronti e su ordinazione / prenotazione. Il pesce crudo e quello cucinato sono freschissimi e provvengono nella stragrande maggioranza dal pescato della giornata del vicino porto di pesca. La cucina è FAVOLOSA, con preparati elaborati e semplici, secondo ricette e variante proprie, che non abbiamo incontrato altrove. Nelle vacanze estive di due anni le abbiamo provati tutti ed il nostro entusiasmo non fa che aumentare (insieme al peso a fine vacanza). Calorosamente raccomandato a tutti. We have been attending Il Sestante for two years. It is a fish shop and freshly cooked takeaway preparations of fish and seafood ready-made and on order / booking. The raw and cooked fish are very fresh and come in the vast majority from the catch of the day at the nearby fishing port. The cuisine is FABULOUS, with elaborate and simple preparations, according to own recipes and variations, which we have not encountered elsewhere. During the two-year summer holidays we tried them all and our enthusiasm only increases (together with the weight at the end of the holiday). Warmly recommended to everyone.

Personale cordialissimo, cuoco Enzo veramente gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. Il locale è raccolto, ma ha una scelta buonissima di pesce fresco con alcune offerte che cambiano al variare delle disponibilità del pesce. Il banco cotto ha poche scelte, ma di alta qualità, ben condite, e si ha la possibilità di prenotare alcune buone specialità in modo tale da poterle gustare. Buonissime ed adatte a bambini le polpette di ricciola al sugo leggero di pomodoro, hamburger di ricciola o di altro pesce secondo disponibilità e filetti panati. Ottima la frittura, con olive di pesce da leccarsi i baffi. Insomma, andate a provare le loro pietanze! Non ve ne pentirete. Altamente consigliato. Abbiamo preso il fritto su ordinazione e hamburger di ricciola che non avevo mai provato e che anche le mie bambine hanno apprezzato. E cosa dire del gusto del pesce spada e del branzino.... Il giorno di partenza io e la mia famiglia abbiamo una consuetudine speciale, pranzare tutti e 4 ai tavolini sistemati appena fuori il negozio, perché una vacanza che si rispetti deve sempre concludersi in bellezza portando con sé ricordi belli ?????‍♀️ When we return to Martinsicuro for the holidays it is our favorite fish market ...
