Strumenti sempre in ordine e puliti immediatamente dopo l’uso. Ill pesce che ho preso erano orate, calamari e cozze; veramente freschissimo e molto buono.
I had the opportunity to visit the warehouse and the kitchens. Excellent level of cleanliness, staff with very clean clothing and almost obsessive attention to hygiene. Tools always in order and cleaned immediately after use. The fish I caught were sea bream, squid and mussels; really fresh and very good.
