La carne tenera è saporita . Lo consiglio vivamente Osteria located on the outskirts of Castelbasso, welcoming and warm environment, very good cuisine with local ingredients, turkey alla canzanese, excellent like all courses. If you happen to come to the village of Castelbasso, take a trip to this restaurant with a taste of home. Dishes of Teramo cuisine but revisited in a gourmet key. Do not forget to taste cod, the flagship of the menu as well as dishes with a sublime flavor that will delight your palate but also your sight. A	Alberto Giacomelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai avrei pensato di assaggiare le vera cucina tradizionale abruzzese, la manzarella che è strepitosa, prendetene anche 3 o 4 come antipasto, le chitarrine alla termolese da favola .. e per finire la pecora in umido.. che dire.. per scoprire la vera cucina tradizionale abruzzese dovete fermarvi qui, poi due passi nel borgo che è splendido. Piatti curati, ottimi, lista vini bellissima e prezzi da non credere. Consigliato I would never have thought of tasting the real traditional Abruzzo cuisine, the manzarella which is amazing, also take 3 or 4 as an appetizer, the fabulous Termolese chitarrine .. and finally the stewed sheep .. what to say .. to discover the real traditional Abruzzo cuisine you have to stop here, then take a stroll in the beautiful village. Well-prepared dishes, excellent, beautiful wine list and unbelievable prices. Advised
