Chiamato alle 10 di un martedì mattina di agosto per chiedere la sostituzione di una bombola di gas da cucina vuota, mezz'ora dopo mi hanno portato la bombola a casa, trattandomi con la cortesia che si riserva ai migliori clienti, anche se era la prima volta che chiedevo loro il servizio. Perla rara d'efficienza. Grazie mille!
Very courteous and helpful. Called at 10 on a Tuesday morning in August to ask for the replacement of an empty kitchen gas cylinder, half an hour later they brought the cylinder home, treating me with the courtesy that is reserved for the best customers, even if it was the first time I asked them for service.
