Sono stati molto precisi nella descrizione del veicolo con foto e video, con addirittura videochiamate in diretta whatsapp. Dopo la mia accettazione e versando solo un piccolo acconto mi hanno consegnato la macchina al mio domicilio (provincia di Alessandria). Molto soddisfatto dell'operazione e per ora anche della macchina. Mi sento di consigliarli. I bought an audi Q3 about a month ago and honestly I was a bit skeptical about the remote selling mode. After my acceptance and paying only a small deposit, they delivered the car to my home (province of Alessandria). Very satisfied with the operation and for now also with the machine. Mi sono convinta e sono andata fino ad Arezzo (abito in provincia di Modena) e mi hanno ricevuta di domenica mattina. L’Alfa Mito alla quale ero interessata mi è subito piaciuta, il mio amico meccanico che mi ha accompagnata l’ha provata su strada e mi ha consigliato di ‘prenderla’. L’unica cosa che rimaneva da stabilire, e per la quale avevo qualche preoccupazione era se mi accettavano di ritirare indietro la mia Lancia Ypsilon un po’ vecchietta.... il venditore Sig. Simone mi ha detto che poteva ritirarla e addirittura me l’ha valutata molto bene. Davvero super contenta ho firmato il contratto, con l’accordo di ritirarla il prossimo sabato.... dulcis in fundo per motivi di lavoro non potevo ritornare il sabato per il ritiro, e loro me l’hanno consegnata sotto casa il lunedì successivo!! Davvero Mitici... Ringrazio di cuore e spero di fare loro cosa lieta con questa recensione perché lo meritano assolutamente. Bravi e Competenti per davvero. Seguita con cura sulla scelta fino alla consegna a domicilio! Velocissimi! Qui la parola cortesia e trasparenza non sono un miraggio. Consigliato vivamente. I needed a car quickly because mine broke down. I contacted Perlauto on Saturday and on Wednesday I was already in my car. Carefully followed on the choice until home delivery! Very fast! Il sito promette, tra le altre cose: “l’usato è attentamente controllato prima della vendita, l’usato garantito di alto livello, assistenza post-vendita, supporto efficace ed efficiente, svolgimento pratiche burocratiche di passaggi di proprietà” e così via. Non credete nulla di quanto vi dicono; sono totalmente inaffidabili, bugiardi e molto poco seri. Pur avendo garantito che la revisione, in scadenza, sarebbe sicuramente stata fatta al momento in cui avrei acquistato il mezzo, ciò non è accaduto. Dal giorno in cui gli ho inviato l'acconto e il giorno del ritiro erano passati quasi 10 giorni, ed il tempo di far revisionare l'auto l'avrebbero avuto in abbondanza. Invece arrivo, consegno la mia vecchia e ritiro la nuova. NON revisionata. In più, l’atto di vendita non firmato. Avevano garantito di effettuare un tagliando molto accurato, invece non hanno fatto nulla. Difetti ad oggi riscontrati, riparati e pagati da me: 1) mattina successiva al ritiro sostituzione batteria perché non più buona, 2) l’autoradio morta (tutti fili staccati), 3) l'antenna radio rotta, 4) innesti viti paraurti posteriori rotti o senza bulloni, 5) specchietto laterale destro rotto, sia vetro che supporto (sostituiti per la revisione), 6) gomme sgonfie, 7) guarnizioni laterali finestra anteriore lato passeggero fuori posto di almeno 15 cm, 8) revisione. Chissà che altro uscirà ancora fuori! Mai più, peccato. I bought a used car from them by exchanging my own; I came from Florence.
