★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pizze sono buone ma sapere dell'aumento dei prezzi al momento del pagamento mi ha veramente delusa. Credo sia corretto per tutti i vostri clienti o rifare i volantini o almeno scriverlo sui social.
 The pizzas are good but knowing about the price increase at checkout really disappointed me. I think it is correct for all your customers to either redo flyers or at least write them on social media.

Abbiamo ordinato la pizza alle 20, ci hanno detto che in 45 minuti sarebbe stata qui. La pizza è arrivata dopo quasi due ore FREDDA.
The pizza would probably have been very good ... if it had come hot!
We ordered pizza at 8pm, they told us in 45 minutes it would be here. The pizza arrived after nearly two COLD hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentato da una buona campagna pubblicitaria e dal bel menù pervenuto a casa ho voluto provare le pizze del Perlage di Battiati.
Purtroppo le mie aspettative non sono stare rispettate.
L'impasto è un po' gommoso e la cornice è troppo larga, veramente esagerata in alcune.
Gli ingredienti non sono tutti di qualità, anzi addirittura alcuni tipo le olive nere ed il prosciutto cotto sono ben al di sotto della media.Non ci siamo.
Unica nota positiva è il servizio di asporto con pos a bordo.
Deluso dal rapporto qualità/prezzo delle pizze.
Tempted by a good advertising campaign and a nice menu arrived at home, I wanted to try the pizzas of Battiati's Perlage.
Unfortunately my expectations have not been met.
The dough is a bit rubbery and the frame is too wide, really exaggerated in some.
The ingredients are not all of quality, indeed even some such as black olives and cooked ham are well below average.
The only positive note is the take-away service with pos on board.
Disappointed with the quality / price ratio of the pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pizze sono buone, ma quando le ordini, anche chiamando alle 19, ti danno sempre un tempo di attesa di un'ora al quale devi sommare dai 40 ai 60 minuti di ritardo...insomma 2 ore per avere delle pizze. Che sia Lunedì o Sabato cambia poco purtroppo!!
The pizzas are good, but when you order them, even by calling at 7pm, they always give you a waiting time of one hour to which you have to add 40 to 60 minutes of delay ... in short, 2 hours to get pizzas. Unfortunately, whether it is Monday or Saturday it changes little !!

Ma non ci sta quando due pizze pagate profumatamente,presentano un impasto non lievitato e gommoso come se fosse gomma da masticare. Inoltre sono arrivate completamente ghiacciate, . La Bronte, insapore. Capricciosa orrenda. Mi dispiace ma,mai più.
Pizzas arrive 2 hours 30 minutes late.
But there is no point when two pizzas paid handsomely, have an unleavened and chewy dough as if it were chewing gum. They also arrived completely frozen,. The Bronte, tasteless. Capricious hideous. I'm sorry but, never again.

Ma non ci sta quando due pizze pagate profumatamente,presentano un impasto non lievitato e gommoso come se fosse gomma da masticare. Inoltre sono arrivate completamente ghiacciate, la Fumè a base di pesce, presentava fette di pesce spesse,di bassa qualità,molto grasse,tanto che l'ho dovuto togliere. Praticamente mi sono mangiata mezzo panino con la provola affumicata. La Bronte, insapore. Ciliegina sulla torta le patatine sbagliate,hanno mandato le classiche piuttosto che quelle al pistacchio. Ci rimandano quelle giuste,questa volta calde, lo sottolineo perché quando alla ragazza è stato fatto presente per telefono che fosse arrivato tutto freddo, c'è stata trovata come scusa il discorso della distanza quando obiettivamente dalla pizzeria a casa nostra non ci sono nemmeno 10 minuti, quindi volendo le cose calde arrivano. Peccato che erano oscene,sapevano di kebab. Mi dispiace ma,mai più.

It could deserve 5 stars, but the delivery is late sometimes (especially on Saturday) and the ingredients are not so much as you could expect from taking a look to their website (especially the pizza Trapanese).
In my photos there are: the Burrata (not so good as I expected) and the Affumicata (very good, I suggest to try it)
