★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata a Perla Investimenti Immobiliari per mettere in affitto un' appartamento, ho trovato grande professionalità, in particolare Ginevra che mi ha seguito e trovato l'inquilino perfetto. In pochissimo tempo l'appartamento è stato affittato, non ho dovuto fare nulla in quanto si sono occupati completamente dei vari aspetti burocratici, l'inquilino è una persona seria e precisa che è stata selezionata dopo varie richieste dato che l'annuncio era molto visibile ed accattivante. Sicuramente tornerò da loro se ne avrò occasione, al giorno d'oggi non è facile trovare un'agenzia seria e professionale come questa...fidatevi!!
I relied on Perla Investimenti Immobiliari to rent an apartment, I found great professionalism, in particular Ginevra who followed me and found the perfect tenant. In a very short time the apartment was rented, I didn't have to do anything as they took care of the various bureaucratic aspects completely, the tenant is a serious and precise person who was selected after several requests as the ad was very visible and captivating. I will definitely come back to them if I get the chance, nowadays it is not easy to find a serious and professional agency like this ... trust me !!
