Appena il cameriere si è accorto della sua presenza gli ha portato una ciotola d'acqua, un'accortezza che mi ha conquistato. Un solo consiglio per il futuro: fate attenzione a fidelizzare il cliente! Quando ci è arrivato lo scontrino non erano stati inseriti i dolci, per onestà ho fatto notare la cosa, quando avrei potuto benissimo far finta di niente e pagare semplicemente il prezzo che lo scontrino riportava (48 euro per tre aperitivi rinforzati). Sono stata ringraziata per averlo fatto presente e invitata a pagare il prezzo in più dei dolci, senza neanche 50 centesimi di sconto. Capisco la crisi, però, se io non avessi fatto notare l'errore comunque avreste guadagnato 10 euro in meno, potevate essere gentili e almeno offrire uno sconto per ringraziamento. Essendomi trovata tanto bene avevo comunque intenzione di lasciare la mancia, così invece non l'ho fatto. Nice venue, good food and helpful staff. Phenomenal cheesecake! I also very much appreciated the attention to my little dog. As soon as the waiter became aware of his presence, he brought him a bowl of water, a shrewdness that won me over. Only one tip for the future: be careful to build customer loyalty! When the receipt arrived, the desserts had not been entered, to be honest I pointed this out, when I could very well have ignored it and simply paid the price that the receipt reported (48 euros for three reinforced aperitifs). I was thanked for having pointed this out and asked to pay the extra price of the sweets, without even 50 cents discount. I understand the crisis, however, if I hadn't pointed out the mistake you would have earned 10 euros less anyway, you could have been kind and at least offer a discount as a thank you. Having found myself so well I still intended to tip, so I didn't.

What a disappointment !! poor place with zero choice on aperitif and too high price .... cocktail annaquato .... NOT RECOMMEND .... I will not return ....
