INADEGUATI, NON CURANTI.. ahhh il lavoro era già stato saldato, forse questo li ha resi così perditempo...
46 days of waiting for a processing of a ring .. plus 4 times of spending time and money to reach the shop in via del boschetto in Rome and Albano Lazio, behind the shop's warning messages that the job was ready but in vain because there was always something missing .. INADEQUATE, NOT CAREFUL .. ahhh the job had already been paid, perhaps this made them so wasteful ...

The owner knew good English, helped show me his full selection, and was very charismatic. I came to Rome with a specific idea of what I wanted and this store definitely delivered. Highly recommend.
