★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accettato preventivo del sig Fabio Perini Ponteggi il 6 aprile 2021 per il rifacimento di 280mq di facciata. I lavori sarebbero dovuti iniziare a metà maggio 2021
Abbiamo iniziato le pratiche per sicurezza ecc.
Poi è sparito. Riappare dopo 1 settimana dicendo che era in ospedale e che si scusava se non poteva iniziare i lavori nella data stabilita e ci accordiamo per un’altra data. Accettiamo.
Scopriamo che non era vero che era in ospedale ma il motivo era perché aveva preso un appalto nel mentre si era concordato con noi
La nuova data in questione si avvicina e lui sparisce. Non risponde più né al telefono né all’e-mail ma risponde solo a numeri privati o a numeri che non non ha memorizzato in rubrica .
È bene ad oggi siamo senza ponteggi. Sparito.
Ora mi trovo con un cantieri a pagare uomini che non possono lavorare.
A questo punto ricorrerò ad un avvocato per far valere i miei diritti
 I accepted a quote from Mr. Fabio Perini Ponteggi on 6 April 2021 for the renovation of 280sqm of façade. The works should have started in mid-May 2021
We have started the practices for safety etc.
Then it disappeared. He reappears after 1 week saying that he was in hospital and that he apologized if he could not start work on the established date and we agree on another date. We accept.
We discover that it was not true that he was in the hospital but the reason was because he had taken out a contract while it was agreed with us
The new date in question approaches and he disappears. He no longer answers either the phone or e-mail but only answers private numbers or numbers that he has not stored in the address book.
It is good today we are without scaffolding. Gone.
Now I find myself with a yards to pay men who cannot work.
At this point I will use a lawyer to enforce my rights
