La palestra dovrebbe essere considerata come un omaggio che facciamo al cuore. Ed è proprio per questa ragione che ho scelto il Performance Functional Lab più di quattro anni fa pur abitando dall’altra parte della città! Qui ho trovato il connubio perfetto: Il miglior coach che un’allievo può desiderare insieme al centro che fa della competenza,la professionalità e la pulizia degli ambienti le così dette “colonne portanti”! Sarò sempre grato e riconoscente al mio Coach Pietro D’angelo per aver lavorato sul mio corpo e sulla mia mente in questi anni e per continuare ad aiutarmi a raggiungere la versione migliore di me stesso. L' altissima qualità del personale ed una sala attrezzi ben fornita aiutano a raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati in modo graduale e duraturo. Serietà e preparazione completano il quadro ponendola ai vertici di qualsiasi altra palestra presente in città. Per quanto mi riguarda non posso più farne a meno vista anche la positiva trasformazione conseguita. Pietro D'angelo continua a seguirmi in modo puntuale motivandomi perennemente. La salute prima di tutto. E con lui sono certa che qualsiasi esercizio ed attività sono finalizzate al mantenimento del benessere a tutto tondo. Ogni seduta è un trionfo di positività. Attrezzatura di livello... La consiglio vivamente!!! I was a guest for a day and I was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness and safety (anti-Covid rules respected), by the courtesy of the reception and by the professionalism of the instructors. In particolare l' istruttore Salvo persona splendida e sempre disponibile, non ci si annoia mai soprattutto nel turno delle 7 del mattino. Non meno importante è la simpatia e l'atmosfera familiare che si respira tra istruttori e soci, con i quali si instaura facilmente un rapporto di amicizia ma soprattutto di stima e fiducia. L'apertura alle 7 del mattino ha risolto il problema che da sempre mi ha impedito di frequentare una palestra e prediligere lo sport all'aperto, procedendo come autodidatta e rischiando di sbagliare, adesso invece mi sento seguita e tutelata, oltre a vedere risultati in poco tempo che non ho mai raggiunto neanche dopo tanti anni di attività sportiva da sola e per la prima volta posso dire che l'abbonamento è stato assolutamente ben ripagato. Insomma CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!!! Professionalism and competence are undoubtedly the visiting card of this gym. Appena fatta la prova mi sono subito accorto dell'attenzione che c'è verso il cliente da parte del personale, notevolmente qualificato tra l'altro. Adesso mi alleno qui da mesi e mesi e posso solo confermare quanto detto! Gli istruttori molto professionali ti seguono e ti correggono se necessario qualora ci siano imperfezioni nelle esecuzioni. I piani di allenamento sono molto motivanti e progressivi! La segreteria è attentissima alle esigenze degli iscritti, ti fanno sentire in famiglia! La location abbastanza spaziosa ti permette di allenarti in sicurezza su vari ambienti. Inoltre la posizione, (zona fiera), è facilmente raggiungibile da varie zone della città. Nei paraggi si trova parcheggio facilmente! Ho provato numerose palestre, ma questa... Mi ha conquistato! Nonostante sia distante da casa e da lavoro.
