★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cortesia è al Top ma la palestra lo è ancor di più ?,il mio posto preferito,starei tutto il giorno se potessi. Dai corsi e attività di qualsiasi genere:Yoga,bike,boxe,crossfit etc etc,piscine e vasca idromassaggi e infine la Sauna..niente. ha il suo prezzo ma ne vale veramente la pena?
SUPER CONSIGLIATO
Courtesy is at the top but the gym is even more so ?, my favorite place, I would stay all day if I could. From courses and activities of any kind: Yoga, biking, boxing, crossfit etc etc, swimming pools and whirlpools and finally the Sauna .. nothing. it has its price but it is really worth it?

Perche' la fascia d'età sotto i 18 anni sono penalizzati.
Non hanno modo di prenotare come tutti .
Possono solo al telefono o tramite email
Lasciando il tempo che trova questa opzione .
E mentre tutti hanno un App per poter gestire i loro corsi
Questa fascia d'età nell'attesa perdendo tempo
E Trova tutti i corsi già pieni. Sicuramente un posto molto accogliente
Una palestra con tutte le attività possibili.
Ma questo la penalizza tanto
E non si parla né di privacy .perche come nel pagamento viene chiesto un Adulto posso fare gestire il tutto con autorizzazione ai genitori .
Ma loro furbi non mostrano interesse , così posso garantire solo ai grandi il tutto .
SVEGLIATEVI , TROVATE UNA SOLUZIONE PER I RAGAZZI .

Purtroppo almeno in questo momento non consiglierei di abbonarsi, prenotarsi ai corsi è difficilissimo, se non impossibile, e la sala attrezzi è quasi sempre affollatissima, rendendo impossibile allenarsi seriamente. Grave che in una palestra di queste dimensioni ci sia una sola postazione per Squat, ovviamente sempre occupata, e nessuna per fare le alzate con bilanciere (lento avanti o military press)
Beautiful facility, very clean, very friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately at least at this moment I would not recommend subscribing, booking courses is very difficult, if not impossible, and the equipment room is almost always very crowded, making it impossible to train seriously. It is serious that in a gym of this size there is only one squat station, obviously always occupied, and none for doing barbell lifts (slow forward or military press)
